Assessments and Evaluations
Egg/Sperm Donor Screening includes:
Review of all donor application and referral information.
Clinical psychosocial interview which includes all questions recommended in the guidelines put forth by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine for egg donors.
Letter and Assessment Report to agency and physicians.
Egg/Sperm Donor Screening may also include the following psychological testing:
Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) - an assessment that provides information relevant for clinical diagnosis, treatment planning and screening for psychopathology. The PAI covers constructs most relevant to a broad-based assessment or mental health.
Surrogate Screening includes:
Review of all surrogate application and referral information.

Support and Consultations
Individual Counseling Support
Monthly sessions provided to surrogates and/or intended parents for beginning of cycle to postpartum to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for both the surrogate and intended parents.
Intended Parent Consultations
Clinical interview with intended parent to review the many aspects of assisted reproduction which may include issues of boundaries, disclosure, loss and grief.
Clearance letter provided to agency and physician.
